If you have considered being a volunteer fire fighter, please join us for a volunteers meeting on any Wednesday night at 7:00pm.
Since we are first responders a lot of the time we need people all over our community to fill volunteer slots. Our community is approximatly 92 square miles. This area may not seem very big, but if you look at the map on the home page of this website you will see it is quite large.
To become a volunteer you need to possess the following:
Must be 18 years or older
Flexible schedule
No criminal record
Must pass background check
Proof of citizenship or legal work status
Dependable vehicle
Current driver's license
Caring personality
There is NO COST to you, the volunteer. We pay for everything that you need to fight fires. Everything from training to gear. So if you are interested in volunteering please contact Chief Ivy at the following location:
